Short version: we know almost nothing about your visitors, on purpose. Widget preferences live in the visitor's own browser. We hold normal business records about you, the customer, and payment details live with Stripe, not us.
Your website's visitors
The Widget stores a visitor's chosen preferences in their own browser's localStorage. Those preferences are never transmitted to BriteADA. The Widget sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and does no fingerprinting. When a visitor's browser requests the Widget file from our servers, our infrastructure processes the request the way any web server does (IP address, requested URL, referring domain) to deliver the file and enforce licensing; we do not build profiles from this and we do not sell or share it.
You, the customer
We store your email address, plan, license key, registered domains, and Stripe identifiers so the service can function. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number. We email you about your account and service changes, not marketing blasts, unless you opt in.
Data requests and deletion
Email hello@briteada.com to access or delete your customer data. Canceling and deleting removes your license records after the subscription period ends, keeping only what tax law requires us to retain.
